- Is this for beginners?
- Yes. This is an experience designed for beginners—and for anyone who has tried Ashtanga before but felt a little unsure. You’re not expected to know anything. You’re here to get a taste of the practice and start to understand how it works.
- What if I can’t do all the postures?
- That’s completely okay—and actually expected. This isn’t about doing everything perfectly. You’re not supposed to be able to do everything yet. This is an introduction to the standing practice, where you begin to explore the shapes, the breath, and the flow… in a way that works for your body.
- Do I need to have completed the First Flow Experience first?
- Not necessarily—but it helps, and it is FREE! If you’ve already gone through the Sun Salutations, this will feel like a natural continuation. If not, you can still join and simply experience the practice as you go.
- What exactly will I be doing in this course?
- You’ll be guided through the standing postures of the Ashtanga sequence in a simple, follow-along format. But you’re not just trying to do the postures. You’re learning: the names of the poses the vinyasa counts the pace of the breath and how everything connects together This is what starts to turn the practice into something you understand—not just something you follow.
- How long are the videos?
- Yes—but gently. The goal isn’t to master everything right away. It’s to help you feel more comfortable, familiar, and connected to the practice… so showing up becomes easier over time.
- How long are the videos?
- You’ll find a few short talking videos throughout—just a couple of minutes each—to help guide and inspire you along the way. The Sun Salutations are about 13 minutes, and the Fundamentals around 12. Take your time with it. You can pause, repeat, and revisit as often as you need.
